Abstract

Recent clinical trends demonstrate an alarming rise in myocardial infarction (MI) and acute coronary syndrome among young demographics. Characterized by acute myocyte necrosis resulting from oxygen supply-demand mismatch and vascular occlusion. MI represents both a structural and dynamic pathophysiological emergency. This review aims to establish a precise conceptual bridge between ischemic tissue damage and Hahnemannian principles, specifically mapping stages of pathogenesis to miasmatic dynamics. By synthesizing contemporary cardiology literature with foundational texts—namely Hahnemann’s Organon of Medicine and Theory Of Chronic Disease—the rapid progression from transient hypoxia to irreversible necrosis is correlated with the destructive expression of the Syphilitic miasm superimposed upon a Psoric or Sycotic background. Ultimately, integrating modern diagnostic cardiology with homeopathic miasmatic analysis clarifies the complementary role of homoeopathy in primary risk prevention, post-infarct rehabilitation, and long-term recovery without replacing emergency critical care.
